Amelie Garbe is a sports psychologist and supports athletes, coaches and teams in competitive sport. Her work as a mental performance coach is about controlling one’s own experience and behaviour, especially in competitive situations, so that the individual and optimal performance state can be achieved. One goal is to achieve personal peak performance under pressure and independent of external factors.
Amelie is also a Crossfit athlete, yoga teacher and Nike Well Collective coach. Deeply rooted in sport herself. She integrates various mindfulness approaches into her work. Her yoga classes offer participants a balance to the high intensity of training and everyday life. In our practice, the symbiosis of training, nutrition, mindset and regeneration plays an overriding role. We are delighted that Amelie is supporting us and you with her expertise.
