Ame­lie Gar­be is a sports psy­cho­lo­gist and sup­ports ath­le­tes, coa­ches and teams in com­pe­ti­ti­ve sport. Her work as a men­tal per­for­mance coach is about con­trol­ling one’s own expe­ri­ence and beha­viour, espe­ci­al­ly in com­pe­ti­ti­ve situa­tions, so that the indi­vi­du­al and opti­mal per­for­mance sta­te can be achie­ved. One goal is to achie­ve per­so­nal peak per­for­mance under pres­su­re and inde­pen­dent of exter­nal fac­tors. 

Ame­lie is also a Cross­fit ath­le­te, yoga tea­cher and Nike Well Coll­ec­ti­ve coach. Deep­ly roo­ted in sport hers­elf. She inte­gra­tes various mindful­ness approa­ches into her work. Her yoga clas­ses offer par­ti­ci­pan­ts a balan­ce to the high inten­si­ty of trai­ning and ever­y­day life. In our prac­ti­ce, the sym­bio­sis of trai­ning, nut­ri­ti­on, mind­set and rege­ne­ra­ti­on plays an over­ri­ding role. We are deligh­ted that Ame­lie is sup­port­ing us and you with her exper­ti­se.
